Biossentials is a Malaysian-founded aromatherapy spa, body, and beauty brand supplying leading spas, resorts, and hotels worldwide. Built on a philosophy of quality, authenticity, and effectiveness, their products are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
As Corporate Communications and Training Manager, a significant part of the work was hands-on spa training. This included conducting aromatherapy workshops for Biossentials, as well as delivering spa treatment training at:
Chantara Spa in Bali, Indonesia;
Chantara Spa in Doha, Qatar;
Puri Spa in Melaka, Malaysia;
Blue Lotus Spa in Cairo, Egypt; and
Thai Way in St. Petersburg, Russia
Beyond this, the role also covered brand communications, marketing collateral, educational materials, and website management. This was all in support of a brand whose values are as carefully considered as its ingredients.
